What is Blue Car Rental’s cancellation policy?

Refundable bookings canceled more than 24 hours before the rental start receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Nonrefundable bookings cannot be refunded. All cancellations can be made through the Manage Booking feature online.

Who can use Blue Car Rental’s key-box pick-up service?

Key-box pick-up is available only for customers who select the Liability Waiver. After completing online check-in, eligible renters can choose this option and receive a key-box code before arrival. It allows you to skip the office entirely and go straight to your rental car.

• Refundable booking: Cancel more than 24 hours prior to the rental and get a full refund (100%). In case of a no-show or last day cancellation, we charge 100% of the rental amount.
