- Head to Fiskislóð 22 in downtown Reykjavík (easy walking distance from many hotels).
- Have these ready: valid driver’s license, credit card, and booking confirmation.
- Speed things up: complete online check-in before you arrive to get on the road faster.
- Collect your keys and get a quick vehicle overview—ideal if you’ve booked a 4x4 rental in Iceland for highland routes during the open season.
- After-hours pick-up (key box): Use our key-box pick-up at the Reykjavík City office. Please arrange it at least 1 hour before closing (by 17:00 on the day of collection) and complete online check-in before closing time.
Drop-Off: Quick & simple
- Return your rental car to Fiskislóð 22 between 08:00–18:00.
- Remove personal items and refuel according to your booking terms.
- Hand the keys to our team for a fast handover.
- From our city office, most downtown accommodations are an easy walk.
- After-hours drop-off: Simply put the key in the slide on the door and we will confirm the return the following morning.
